Breakfast was varied, both full English and continental. Lots to choose from and pastries were yummy. Not too far from Gorey harbour and the castle, beautiful. A short 5 mins walk to the nearest bus stop where you can hop on a bus either way, they run every 10mins. Best to get a bus pass from bus station in St helier. They come in 1,2,3 or 7 day passes, (unlimited travel).

The staff were fantastic. I forget the Bulgarian guys name but he did everything possible to ensure we were well looked after. The room was cleaned etc. during breakfast which was ample, they even had gluten-free bread for me. The view from the terrace is magnificent. They even upgraded my room for free before we arrived and unbidden.

Great place to stay, picturesque, quaint, very 'chocolate box'. Fab if you like that sort of thing, I guess. It is a little off the beaten track but again, that's probably a plus.
Not much choice for eating and what is there, apart from the 'Hungry Man' cafe, is not cheap.
Could do with a general stores perhaps?

Rozel is for travellers who want to "escape" life for a short while and bask in silence. There were times when my wife and I would stop and listen and we were unable to hear a sound. Truly relaxing.
